Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the LEDBox website and any enquiry sent through our contact form. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to lawful, respectful use of our content and information.

1. Using this site without interfering with it

This website is provided for general information about our outdoor LED screen trailers, LED boxes, delivery services and related support. You may browse the site for lawful business purposes only, and you must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or interfere with normal operation.

Any details on screen size, pixel pitch, brightness, generator or mains power, wind limits, content playback, municipal permit guidance, or on-site technician support are provided as general service information. Final specifications depend on the site conditions, event format and the equipment assigned to the job.

2. Enquiries, quotations and booked work

Information sent through our contact form is treated as a service enquiry and may be used to prepare a quotation, technical plan or site assessment. A quotation only becomes binding when accepted in writing and confirmed by the operator, Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd.

  • Delivery areas may include Germiston, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and other South African locations by arrangement.
  • Site checks, setup, pack down, content loading and live feed support are arranged according to the venue and access conditions.
  • Permit guidance remains general and does not replace approval from a municipality, venue manager or landowner where required.

3. Content supplied for screen playback

When you send files, schedules or live feed details for display on a trailer screen or LED box, you confirm that you have the right to use that material. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and suitability of the content you supply, including music, logos, video, images and live feeds.

We may refuse or pause playback material that is unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or likely to breach venue rules, copyright, broadcast restrictions or public decency requirements. We may also decline content that cannot be verified for format, resolution or timing before setup.

4. Site safety, weather and operating limits

Outdoor LED screens are used in changing weather, on municipal ground, private property and event sites where safety matters. Wind conditions, surface stability, access routes, clearances and power supply must be suitable before the unit is raised, rotated or placed into service.

  • The on-site technician may stop operation if conditions become unsafe.
  • Power planning may require generator support or a suitable mains connection.
  • Content playback may be paused for faults, weather, access restrictions or venue instruction.
  • You must follow site instructions on crowd control, vehicle movement and restricted areas.

5. Intellectual property and website material

All text, photographs, diagrams, layout elements and technical notes on this website belong to Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd or are used with permission. You may not copy, publish, alter, sell or reuse this material for your own marketing without written approval.

Logos, screen graphics, technician notes and service descriptions remain protected even where they are visible to visitors. Any unauthorised copying or reuse may lead to legal action or a request to remove the material.

6. Liability, updates and governing law

We take reasonable care in preparing website information, but we do not guarantee that every detail will always be current, complete or free from error. Equipment details, service availability, access requirements and permit guidance may change according to the job, location or venue rules.

These terms are governed by South African law. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply to that visit and to any new enquiry sent through our contact form.
